Adult Lessons- Stroke Club: The Stroke Club is a class for adults that focuses on stroke enhancement and overall swimming technique. Semi-Private Lessons: This class format offers a 2 to 1 swimmer to instructor ratio and is ideal for swimmers that may need some extra attention in order to meet their swimming goals. It is up to the parent to find the second swimmer (a sibling, friend, cousin, etc.). These classes can be taught as 30 minutes shared between the 2 swimmers or 15 minutes each. Private Lessons: Some swimmers tend to excel in the one on one setting. If this is the case for you or for your child, private instruction is an excellent option. Spend 30 minutes with an instructor one or more times per week and you will quickly see progress being made. |
